Basic Support – Smart Console
A simple and immediate tool for fast, self‑service diagnostics.
The Smart Console allows direct access to the control unit of every Samag truck. It’s ideal for first‑level support: fast, functional, and designed for everyday use.
If needed, telephone support from the Samag technical team is also available.
Note: the Smart Console does not provide active remote operational support, but is still a must‑have tool for every dealer.
Advanced Support – USB CAN Console & Remote Assistance
For more complex interventions, Samag provides a remote connection system to the truck’s control unit.
Through:
• TeamViewer Remote
• ZAPI PC Console
• USB‑CAN interface
the experienced Samag technician can intervene in real time for diagnostics, updates and direct support.
Each dealer receives free of charge:
• PC CAN Console application
• Link to IXXAT drivers (CAN PC USB)
You only need to purchase: 1 USB‑CAN BUS interface, valid for the entire Samag range.
The connection allows full access to the ZAPI control unit, with the possibility of receiving personalized support and software updates.
The service can be booked in predefined time slots to optimize technical organisation.
