STAINLESS STEEL SCISSORS HIGHLIFTER

This highlifter with high lifting capacity is particularly suitable for fishing, slaughtering and pharmaceutical industries, i.e. for all those places where the requirements in terms of hygiene and health are particularly stringent.

The highlifter is made of stainless steel, thus it can withstand humid or aggressive environments and can be cleaned with strong chemical products. For particularly aggressive environments, the pallet truck can be made of acid-resistant stainless steel.

This electric truck is a good solution in all cases where numerous lifts are required during the working day. Load lowering is controlled by a release handle, which allows the operator to increase the lowering speed at any level. The stainless steel highlifter features stainless steel frame, tiller arm, shafts, pins, moulds and screws. The lifting cylinder, scissors legs and battery compartment are also made of stainless steel.

STABILITY

A set of side stabilisers is automatically pressed towards the floor, when the forks are lifted, and then they lift the steering wheels throughout their height from the floor. In this position they act as parking brake. The load wheel supports have been shaped in such a way that they can almost touch the floor with forks at full height. Therefore they further ensure front stability.

HYDRAULIC PUMPS

The 2-stage manual pump includes a “quick lift” valve, which doubles the lifting speed when the load is lower than 100 kg. The electro-hydraulic pump is provided with a safety valve. The pump unit is protected by a plastic cover. The lifting cylinder is directly welded to the pump base plate and the oil tank is welded around the lifting cylinder, thus ensuring very good seal.
